O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2.
Petitioners are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 354, 308 read with Section 34 IPC. The allegation is that they assaulted the victim with a knife, causing him serious injuries.
3.
Heard.
4.
The earlier application filed by the petitioners, Bail Application No. 2247/2015, was dismissed by this Court on 26.05.2015. It is submitted by the learned counsel that after the disposal of that application, the co-accused was arrested and the weapon was recovered. That alone will not entitle the petitioners to anticipatory bail. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. In the result, this application is dismissed. Sd/- K.
