Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C 2.
Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 3 read with Section 25(1) of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that he was found to be in possession of an unlicensed gun.

Heard.

The petitioner was found to be in possession of the meat of a wild animal. A search conducted disclosed that he was in possession of an unlicensed gun and bullets, which were seized by the officers concerned. The learned counsel submits that he has been in custody since 20.05.2015. But the learned Public Prosecutor submits that he is involved in some other cases also. The offences committed by the petitioner are very serious. If he is released on bail at this stage there is every chance of his intimediating or influencing the witnesses. So I am not
B.A. No.3521 of 2015 inclined to grant him bail.
