Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.844 of 2015 of Paravoor Police station. He is alleged to have committed the offences under Secs.353, 376, 450, and 511 of Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that he trespassed into the house of the first informant and attempted to commit rape on her.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The First Information Statement discloses that there was an attempt on the part of the petitioner to commit rape on the victim. He trespassed into her house. The incident happened at midnight. It is not at all proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
