Petitioner has allegedly committed the offences under Sections 354, 392, 394, and 34 of IPC. The prosecution case is that while the first informant was walking along a road, the petitioner along with the co-accused pushed her down and robbed her of Rs.5000/- 3.
Heard.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 08.06.2015 and he may be granted bail. The modus operandi of the petitioner speaks volumes. Recovery has not been effected.
