O R D E R
Petition filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is alleged to have committed offence under Sec.420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that he made false promises that he would construct apartments for residence and collected huge amounts from various persons.
3. Heard both sides.
4. In some cases the petitioner was arrested and produced before the court on 18.04.2015 and in other cases formal arrest was effected on subsequent dates, the last of which is on 02.05.2015. It is submitted that the investigating officer may not be able to file final report before 02.07.2015. An attempt was made to settle the matter by the intervention of the Kerala Legal Services Authority. It appears that an award has been passed by the Kerala Legal Services Authority.
3645, 3646, 3647, 3648, 2 Having regard to these facts, I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.
In the result, the bail applications are allowed.
1. The petitioner will be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) each in each case with three solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
2. He shall not alienate his properties, movable or immovable, without the previous permission of this Court.
3. He shall not withdraw any amount from his bank accounts except with the previous permission of this Court.
4. He may enter into an agreement for sale of his property to enable him to discharge his debts, but any amount that may be paid by the vendee shall be deposited in the lower court.
5. He shall surrender his passport before

6. He shall not leave India without the previous permission of the court of enquiry or the trial court concerned as the case may be.
7. He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.
8. He shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses.
9. He shall not get himself involved in any other criminal case.
In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
