Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioners are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii), 308 & 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that at 10 p.m on 04.06.2015 at public place they assaulted the victim with sharp edged weapons.

Heard.

The medical evidence proves that the first informant sustained an incised wound near the left eye. He sustained other injuries also. The third accused is involved in two other criminal cases of similar nature; proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C have been initiated against him. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.

In the result, this application is dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the Petitioners will
