Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2.
Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by Neyyardam Police in Crime No. 215 of 2015. A woman was missing. On the basis of the information given by her husband the police registered the case. Thereafter, the missing woman appeared before the High Court in Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 181 of 2015 and gave a statement. Thereupon, the Police closed the case. The petitioner's case is that even thereafter the Police published a look out notice as if he is a wanted criminal. 3.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Police have no intention to arrest him as the file has already been closed. The apprehension of the petitioner appears to be without any foundation.
In the result, this application is closed.
