Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence under Section 379 IPC. The prosecution case is that they committed theft of a car stereo from the shop of the first informant.

Heard.

Learned counsel submits that as the petitioners have been in custody since 03.06.2015,they may be granted bail. The case records show that by cleaver methods they have committed the offence. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that they are involved in four other cases. Their modus operandi also corroborates it. They hail from Tamil Nadu. Their presence in Kerala cannot be explained in a satisfactory manner. It is not proper to grant them bail at this stage.
