Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Chenganoor police in Crime No.1344/2015 of Chengannoor police station registered for the offences under Sections 452, 324, 332, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public prosecutor submits that he is not an accused in the case and his apprehension is without any reason. His submission is based on a report filed by the SHO on 26.06.2015. It appears that the apprehension of the petitioner is without any foundation.
