Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Kalady police on the allegation that he has committed some non bailable offences. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against him at the Kalady police station and his apprehension is without any foundation. But the learned counsel submits that the petitioner was summoned to the police station yesterday also. Having regard to these facts it is only proper that his application is disposed of with a direction to the police officer concerned to issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41A Cr.P.C if a case happens to be filed against him in respect of the matter alleged in the bail application.

In the result, this application is disposed of with a direction to the police officer concerned to issue notice to

B.A.NO.3732 OF 2015 the petitioner under Section 41A Cr.P.C as mentioned above.
