O R D E R

Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Senior Intelligence Officer of the Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence, Cochi Regional Office. The petitioner was issued a summons by the said officer. He failed to appear three times. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said officer has no power to arrest the petitioner and the apprehension is without basis. In view of the said submission this application is not maintainable.
