O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 9, 39(1), 50(1) 51 read with Section 2(2), (16), (35), (36) of Wild Life Protection Act. 3.

The prosecution case is that he was found to be in possession of the meat of a deer. A search of his house with seizure a gun and bullets.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 07.05.2015 and he may be granted bail. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that he is involved in some other cases. The investigation in this case appears to be almost complete. So I am inclined to grant his prayer for bail.

In the result, this application is allowed.

The petitioner will be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five

B.A. No.3805 of 2015 thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

He shall appear before the investigating officer between 11 a.m and 12 noon on all the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays for three months, or till the final report is filed, whichever is earlier after his release from custody in the connected case.

He shall not threaten or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor shall he while on bail, get himself involved in any criminal case; nor shall he destroy or attempt to destroy the evidence or interfere with the investigation. If the petitioner violates any of the above conditions, the court of enquiry/trial is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
