Petitioner is accused of having committed the offences under Sections 452, 324 and 307 IPC. The prosecution case is that he trespassed into the victim's house and assaulted him with a knife, causing him serious injuries.

This is the second bail application filed for the very same purpose. The only development that has allegedly taken place after the disposal of the first application is that the parties have settled the matter. This Court cannot take notice of the settlement. The alleged settlement is not a subsequent development in the investigation of the case. This petition cannot be entertained.
