O R D E R

Petitioner is accused in Crime No.310 of 2015 of Chandera Police station registered for the offences under Sec.447 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec.3(1) of the Prevention of Destruction of Public Property Act. He is a leader of an employees union in Agricultural Research Centre, Pilicode. The prosecution case is that at night he trespassed into the car porch of the research centre and smashed the glass of the car causing a loss of Rs.17,000/- to the government.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The earlier bail application (B.A. No.2413 of 2015) filed by the petitioner was dismissed. No subsequent development has been pleaded. So it is not proper to entertain this bail application.

In the result, the bail application is dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer. He may do so if he is so advised.
