Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.559 of 2015 of Pandalam Police station registered for the offences under Secs.143, 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that he along with the co-accused assaulted the victim with iron rods causing injuries including fracture of a bone.

3. Heard both sides.

4. He and the other accused filed B.A. No.2905 of 2015 for anticipatory bail. By Annexure-1 order, this Court allowed the prayer of the co-accused and rejected the prayer of the petitioner. Now this application has been filed for the very same purpose. There is no allegation of any subsequent development. This petition cannot be entertained.
