Petitioner is said to have committed the offences under Sections 120B, 366, 366(A), 376 IPC and Section 5 read with Section 6, 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The prosecution case is that the first petitioner kidnapped a girl aged 16 years and had sexual intercourse with her. According to the prosecution, there was a conspiracy between the petitioner and the co-accused in committing the offences. The specific allegation against him is that he helped the co-accused to kidnap the girl.

The investigating officer has recorded the confession of the first accused. The involvement of the petitioner is disclosed in the statement. The offences are grave. So, the anticipatory bail application cannot be granted.
