Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 323 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that he stabbed the victim with a knife causing serious injuries in his abdomen. 4.

Heard.

The wound certificate shows that the victim sustained a stab injury in the left side of the abdomen. The knife which was allegedly used for the assault has not been recovered. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail In the result, this bail application is dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer. He may do so if he is so advised.
