Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Section 55(i) of the Abkari Act.

The prosecution case is that she was found selling Indian Made Foreign Liquor 1.700 litre of liquor was seized from her.

Heard.

The documents relied on by the prosecution indicate that prima facie she has committed the offence alleged against her. She is involved in another similar case. There are no grounds to believe that she has not committed the offence and that she will not commit it again if she is released on bail. In the result, this application is dismissed. sd/- K.
