Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.669 of 2015 of Thampanoor Police station registered for the offence under Sec.326 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner assaulted the victim with a knife causing grievous hurt.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The wound certificate shows that the victim sustained a lacerated wound on the right index finger. His bone was exposed. The weapon has not been recovered so far. It is not proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
