Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.123 of 2015 of Chavara Police station registered for the offences under Secs.354 and 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that he took the photographs of a minor girl and is guilty of stalking also.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The petitioner is a married man. The victim is his neighbour. This is an aggravating situation. The petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail. In the result, the bail application is dismissed. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer. He may do so if he is so advised.
