O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2.

Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 450 and 392 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

The prosecution case is that along with the coaccused he trespassed into the victim's house and robbed him of Rs.4000/- and gold ornaments.

4.

Heard.

5.

The case was registered in 2013. But the involvement of the petitioner came to light during the investigation of another case; that is how he was made an accused in this case. Having regard to the nature of the allegations it is not at all proper to grant him anticipatory bail.

In the result, this application is dismissed. sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV
