Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.612 of 2015 of Mangalapuram Police station registered for the offences under Secs.141, 147, 149, 151, 189, 447, 294(b), 353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that they formed themselves into an unlawful assembly, trespassed into the Police station, committed theft of the key of a Police vehicle and prevented the Police officers from discharging their official duties.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are false.

5. As of now, there is nothing to show that the allegations are not true. The nature of the allegations does not incline me to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In the result, the bail application is dismissed.

B.A. No.4117 of 2015 2 Learned counsel submits that the petitioners will surrender before the investigating officer. They may do so if they are so advised. The submission of the learned counsel that the petition has become infructuous so far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned is recorded. Sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE / True Copy / NS P.A. To Judge
