Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested and detained on the allegation that he has committed the offence under Sec.304 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The petitioner is aged only 15 years. The offence is bailable. Since he is a juvenile, unless it is for his benefit, he will not be denied bail.
5. Learned counsel submits that the Juvenile Justice Board did not grant bail to the petitioner on the ground that no records were made available to the Board.
6. If a bail application is filed by the petitioner before the Juvenile Justice Board, it shall call for the records from the investigating officer concerned and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for bail. With the above observations, this bail application is disposed of.
