2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Punalur Police in connection with Crime No.1038 of 2015 registered for the offences under Secs.323, 341, 354 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report has already been filed.

4. Detention of the petitioner is not necessary for the purpose of investigation. The Petitioner may approach the trial court for bail.

The bail application is disposed of with the above observations.
