Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences 406, 408 and 420 of the Indian penal Code. 3.
The husband of the petitioner was a Manager of an insurance company. At his instance the victim took some policies. After maturity the victim did not get the assured amount. It is alleged that the petitioner and the co-accused had made false promises, which prompted the victim to take policies. It is also alleged that they fabricated certain documents.

The Manager of the company was the husband of the petitioner. The allegation against her is that she also was present with her husband when the promises were made. Apart from this there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. So I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail.
In the result, this application is allowed.

The petitioner shall be released on bail after
B.A. No.4196 of 2015 interrogation on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if he is arrested by the police in connection with this case.

He shall appear before the investigating officer for interrogation if he is so required by him in writing. 3.
He shall not get himself involved in any other criminal case while he is on bail.
4.
He shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses.
5.
He shall not destroy or tamper with the evidence. In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with law.
If the petitioner surrenders before the Magistrate this order is not applicable and the learned Magistrate may pass appropriate orders.
