2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the police in Crime No.703 of 2015 of Mala Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 420 & 406 IPC, Section 17 of the Money Lenders Act and Section 5 of the Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the matter has been referred by the police for the reason that the facts disclose only a civil dispute.
