Petitioner is said to have committed the offences under Sections 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. He was found to be in possession of detonators, gelatine sticks etc. 3.

Heard.

The investigation has revealed that he was conducting a quarry without licence. In 2011 also similar case was registered against him, Crime No. 643 of 2011 of Kolavallur Police Station.
