O R D E R

Petitions filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 4, 5 & 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act.

3. The prosecution case is that he along with the co-accused collected huge amount from several persons and cheated them by not repaying the amount.

4. Heard.

5. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been issued notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C and if there is no strong evidence against him he will not be arrested. In view of the submission his prayer need not be granted.
