Petitioners are accused of having committed for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 506(ii), 326, 120B, 109, 212, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that on account of political enmity they entered into a conspiracy to murder the victim and pursuant to the conspiracy they committed his murder. 4.

Heard.

Learned senior counsel submits that taking into consideration the period of custody and the age of the petitioners they may be granted bail. Some of them have been custody since 04.03.2015 and one of them since 19.03.2015 and another since 05.04.2015 and the last one since 21.03.2015. Final report has already been filed. Political murder is on the increase in the State. It appears that if the petitioners are granted bail, more

B.A.Nos. 4291 & 4313 of 2015 -: 2 :- violence will take place into the locality. So, I am not inclined to grant bail to them.
