The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused in the case so far. 3.

It appears that the apprehension of the petitioner is without any foundation.

In the result, these applications are dismissed. Submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that if the evidence shows that the petitioner is involved in the commission of the offences he will be issued a notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. is recorded.
