Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.204 of 2015 of Chirayinkeezhu Police station registered for the offences under Secs.294(b), 308, 323, 324, 452 and 506(ii) read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that he trespassed into the house of the victim, uttered obscene words, assaulted him and stabbed him with a knife and the coaccused assaulted him with a helmet.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 04.07.2015 and he may be released on bail.

5. The petitioner is involved in five other cases of assault and robbery. It is not proper to release him on bail. In the result, the bail application is dismissed. K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE NS
