O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is accused in O.R. No.34 of 2015 of Anchal Excise Range registered for the offences under Secs.55(i), 64(A) and 15(c) read with Sec.63 of the Kerala Abkari Act. The prosecution case is that he entrusted certain quantity of Indian Made Foreign Liquor to the coaccused so that it might be sold in the former's shop.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The application is opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor.

5. The excise officers seized 760 m.l. of Indian Made Foreign Liquor from the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner is involved in seven other cases registered under the Kerala Abkari Act. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
