Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is said to have committed the offence under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 read with Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The prosecution case is that he sexually abused a 9 year old boy who was a student of a Madrasa where he was the teacher.

Heard.

The offences committed by the Petitioner are very grave. The psychological impact made on the boy cannot be ignored. He has been in custody only since 27.06.2015. If bail is granted him there is every likelihood of his influencing the witnesses.
