ORDER
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.768 of 2015 of Vilapilsala Police Station. He is said to have committed the offences under Sections 354 and 452 IPC.
3. The prosecution case is that he trespassed into the victim's house and outraged her modesty by catching hold of her.
4. Heard.
