Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.49 of 2015 of Nedumudi Police station registered for the offences under Secs.420, 468 and 471 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with the co-accused made false degree certificates in the name of the petitioner and used them as genuine.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Admittedly, the petitioner has not passed B.Tech degree. But there is a B.Tech degree certificate in his name. Prima facie, he has committed the offences alleged against him. It is not proper to grant him anticipatory bail.
In the result, the bail application is dismissed. Sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE / True Copy / NS P.A. To Judge
