ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners apprehend arrest by Bekal police on an accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence. The petitioners were called by the police to the Police Station without any reason. In such a circumstance, the petitioners compelled to prefer this petition before this Court.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that no case has been registered by Bekal police against the petitioners. Therefore, the apprehension of the petitioners that they would be arrested by Bekal police has no basis. In

B. A. No.4629 of 2015 -2view of the submissions so made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this Bail Application does not survive. Therefore, recording the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this Bail Application is closed.
