Petitioners are accused in Crime No.301 of 2015 of Bedagam Police Station. They are said to have committed the offences under Sections 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that they assaulted the victim with dangerous weapons, causing him fracture of several bones. 3.
Heard.

The victim was found lying injured on a public road. It was revealed that the petitioners assaulted him with sticks and other weapons. The victim sustained fracture of the bones of both legs. The doctor has noticed 'cut wounds' on different parts of his body. The attack was so cruel that he could not even move about. I do not find any justification to grant them anticipatory bail.
