Petitioners are accused in Crime No.117 of 2014 of Vadakkenchery Police Station. They are said to have committed the offences under Sections 308 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that this is the third bail application. In the application it is stated that the investigation is complete and hence the petitioners may be granted bail. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that he has not been informed about the completion of the investigation. I do not find any ground to entertain this third bail application.
