ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested in O.S.No.111 of 2015 on the file of the SIIB, Kochi which has been registered for the offence under Section 135 of the Customs Act. The case was registered when 13 Kg gold which was smuggled into India was seized at Cochin International Airport on 24.5.2015. The petitioner has been issued a notice under Section 108 of the Customs Act. He apprehends that he will be arrested.

4. If the petitioner has nothing to suppress there is no reason for his apprehending arrest. It appears that his apprehension is without any foundation.
