Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by Adoor police on the allegation that he has committed the offences under Section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Heard.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against him at Adoor Police Station. It appears that the apprehension is without any reason.

In the result, this application is dismissed. If subsequent development justifies it the petitioner may file another application for the same purpose.
