O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.491 of 2014 of Attingal Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. She is accused of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 115, 449, 380, 307 and 302 IPC and Section 67A of the Information Technology Act.

The prosecution case is that she entered into a conspiracy with the first accused and committed murder of her mother-in-law and her own daughter and attempted to cause the death of her husband.

The petitioner has been in custody since 16.04.2014. The trial has not been started. It is submitted that she suffers from very serious diseases in support to which she has produced certain documents. Only because of her diseases I am inclined to grant her
prayer for bail.
In the result, this application is allowed.
1.
The petitioner will be released on bail on her executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with three solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. 2.
She shall not enter revenue district of Thiruvananthapuram except for appearing before the court concerned or without the previous permission of the court concerned.

She shall inform the trial court about her address and contact numbers.

She shall not threaten or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor shall she while on bail, get herself involved in any criminal case; nor shall she destroy or attempt to destroy the evidence or interfere with the investigation. 5.
She shall surrender her passport before the lower court concerned of if she does not have one, she shall file an affidavit to that effect within five days of her release. 6.
She shall not leave India without the previous permission of the court of enquiry or trial court as the case
may be.
If the petitioner violates any of the above conditions, the court of enquiry/trial is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
