ORDER

Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the 6th accused in Crime No. 1064 of 2015 of Chathannur Police Station. He is said to have committed the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 332 and 307 read with 149 IPC.

3. The earlier Bail Application No.4123 of 2015 filed by the applicant along with another co-accused was dismissed by this court so far as the petitioner is concerned. Thereafter no subsequent development has taken place. The petitioner is involved in several other criminal cases. It is not proper to release him on bail at this stage.
