The petitioners apprehend that they will be arrested on the allegation that they have committed offences under Sections 498(A), 342 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. They are the parents-in-law of the victim.
2.It is submitted that final report has already been filed. Their detention is not necessary. They may approach the learned Magistrate for bail.
