Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.483 of of 2015 of the Hemambika Nagar Police station registered for the offences under Secs.308, 324 and 341 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that at 8.30 p.m., the petitioners assaulted the victim with a sharp edged weapon causing him very serious injuries. The attempt was to commit his murder.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The victim sustained four incised wounds on the neck, chest and scalp. The injuries were very extensive. The nature of the injuries indicate that the attempt was to murder him. This is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
