O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.385 of 2015 of Valiyamala Police station registered for the offences under Secs.55(a) and (i) of the Kerala Abkari Act. The prosecution case is that he was found transporting 4.370 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor which according to the prosecution he had kept for sale.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The petitioner is involved in similar cases. Though the Police officers signaled him to stop his vehicle, he just sped away. On his way, he was found abandoning the liquor under the staircase of a building. He was got red handed.

5. This is not a fit case to grant bail now though the petitioner has been in custody since 27.07.2015. In the result, the bail application is dismissed. Sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE / True Copy / NS P.A. To Judge
