Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Arthungal Police on the allegation that he has committed some non bailable offences.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Police have registered a crime as Crime No.534 of 2015 and the petitioner is a suspect. The offences fall under Secs.294(b) and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. Both are bailable. Anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
