O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.882 of 2015 of Kilikolloor Police station registered for the offences under Secs.420 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband of the victim. The coaccused are his parents. They are alleged to have subjected the victim to cruelty and cheated her.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The marriage between the first accused and the victim was solemnised only on 10.09.2014. There is no allegation that she sustained any serious injuries. It appears that bringing back harmony to the family is not impossible. So I am inclined to grant his prayer. In the result, the bail application is allowed.

1) The petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/-

B.A. No.5026 of 2015 2 (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if he is arrested by the Police in connection with this case.

2) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer for interrogation if he is so required by him in writing.

3) He shall not get him self involved in any other criminal case while he is on bail.

4) He shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses.

5) He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence.

6) He shall file an undertaking in the form of an affidavit that he will appear before the investigating officer and the court concerned as an when he is required.

7) He shall produce two self stamped envelops so that notice may be issued to him at his foreign address. He shall mention his foreign

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.

If the petitioner surrenders before the Magistrate, this order is not applicable and the learned Magistrate may pass appropriate orders.
