Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No. 468 of 2015 of Marayamuttom Police Station. He is accused of having committed the offences under Sections 447, 506(i), 509, 294(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.
The prosecution case is that the accused trespassed into victim's property, uttered obscene words, threatened him and called him who belongs to a scheduled caste his caste name. 4.
Heard.

Section 18 of the Act, excludes the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C. So, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
