Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Petitioners are the 1st and 2nd accused in Crime No. 1055 of 2015 of Tirurangadi Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 506(ii) and 294(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

The only non-bailable offence for which the petitioners apprehended arrest is under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
