O R D E R
Application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 2.
Petitioner is the sole accused in crime No.548/2014 of Kayamkulam Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 366, 376(2)(i) and 345 I.P.C and Section 3 r/w Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.
Prosecution case is that the petitioner kidnapped a girl aged 14 years and had sexual intercourse with her. 4.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

This court on 06-08-2015 considered the bail application of the petitioner as B.A No.4633/2015. It is established that the petitioner is involved in 24 criminal cases and was also involved in KAAPA. Considering the stage of investigation and the nature of allegations, I find that the petitioner is not entitled to get bail. Hence, the bail application is dismissed.
The investigation shall be expedited and charge sheet shall be filed as early as possible.
